Kat Dalager has an impressive résumé. Campell Mithun, Carmichael Lynch, the Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia, Target Corporation, Best Buy, and more. Kat will discuss similarities and differences about how work gets done at the variety of places she has worked for. She will add value by describing ways we might get our foot in the door and land accounts, either as vendors or employees/contractors.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Kat Dalager has been a lithographer’s assistant, artist‚ representative, photo studio manager, art producer, photographer consultant, manager of art production and creative buying departments, business process consultant, and last but not least, a Creative Wrangler. Not one to take a linear path, Kat has worked at Campbell Mithun and Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis, The Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia, and Target and Best Buy in Minneapolis. She’s currently back at Campbell Mithun in Minneapolis for the second time.
As an industry advocate, Kat believes that sharing knowledge will help strengthen our community by creating a level playing field. Kat is currently the president of the Advertising Federation of Minnesota and is also on the board of directors of the Minnesota Center for Photography.
