Heather Hain joined First National Merchant Solutions (FNMS) in January 2007 as a strategy consultant. Bringing nearly 15 years of experience and leadership in strategic planning, change management, communications, training and development, in one short year, she has revolutionized the Top-10 payment processor. Working closely with the company’s executive management team, Heather’s focus on execution excellence has helped propel FNMS to a higher performance culture and quickly positioned her as a highly regarded and sought-after leader. Her role has evolved to include Business Innovation as she continues to influence the executive team in realigning resources and identifying new strategic opportunities while maintaining a laser focus on executing and improving upon FNMS’s ongoing initiatives.

Prior to joining First National, Heather worked for First Data Corporation, where she held senior director roles that drove strategy development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, communication and executive performance reporting. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from American University in Washington, DC and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Family Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha as well Six Sigma green belt certification.

Known by her friends and colleagues for her generosity of spirit and unending optimism, Heather and her talented musician husband Rich share an acreage home with a menagerie of four-legged, furry creatures. She currently serves on the board for Santa Monica House.
