Director, Marketing
Seeking Experienced Director of Marketing for our Omaha, NE Headquarters location:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative individual with outstanding communication and B2B marketing skills. This high level position will allow you to manage and execute national marketing programs for West’s automated customer contact solutions division, work with a team of highly experienced marketing professionals and support one the most dynamic sales forces in the nation. This opportunity will also offer you the ability to grow as a marketing professional and offer you the ability to use your national marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
You will be a dedicated marketing leader for West’s automated customer contact solutions and technology division. You will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will work with key individuals on a variety of sales and marketing related projects. As part of the Marketing Director’s responsibilities, you must:
- Have the skills to manage all of the marketing needs of a national B2B division
- Position our corporate division as a national leader
- Support the marketing needs of a national sales team
- Have experience with product packaging
- Manage the development and production of; Brochures, Websites, Case Studies, Electronic and Print Advertising, Newsletters, Direct Mail, Power Point Presentations, Product Packaging. Webinars, White Papers and a variety of collateral materials
- Coordinate Public Relations efforts
- Generate new sales leads
- Strategically create and launch national advertising campaigns
- Manage Industry Analyst relationships
- Produce highly effective sales presentations
- Manage a divisional website and be proficient with all phases of online marketing
- Develop strong brand awareness
- Coordinate the launch of new marketing programs
- Communicate with key industry analysts
Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, equivalent work experience may be substituted
- Minimum of five years experience in marketing, direct mail advertising, or communications
- Based on area of responsibility, minimum 3 years experience in an automated contact, voice self-service, or technology industry preferred
Additional Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to strategically plan and successfully execute all phases of marketing
- Work directly with outside vendors, publications and sales personnel
- Capable of prioritizing and simultaneously managing a variety of tasks
- Have strong communication skills and have the ability to understand complex services
- Have experience in B2B marketing
- Ability to travel
- Experience in magazine, online, direct mail, tradeshow and internet advertising, a plus
- Technology marketing and sales support experience, a plus
- Copywriting skills a plus
