Lance Koenig, Bailey Lauerman
Lance grew up wondering just why people do what they do. He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Journalism and Mass Communication. But it was an incredible curiosity about what makes branding and marketing successful that launched his progress in the business. After early positions in account service at two Nebraska-based agencies In 2001, with the invitation to move into a leadership role in Account Planning, he returned to Bailey Lauerman in a co-anchor role in the agency’s rapidly growing Omaha office.
Teresa Paulsen, ConAgra
Teresa Paulsen, vice president, Corporate Communication, leads communication at ConAgra Foods. Teresa has 20 years of experience in the communication field. In her current role, she has company-wide leadership for corporate reputation and internal and external communication, the ConAgra Foods Foundation and corporate affairs work, including corporate social responsibility. She’s accountable for communication effectiveness at ConAgra Foods, corporate branding, and public relations for the corporation, and she leads a team that works to ensure key stakeholder groups, customers, shareholders and employees understand the transformation of ConAgra Foods and its growing presence in consumer’s lives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Journalism School, and a master’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
